Benefiting Hospice of Central Georgia Saturday, June 19th, 2010 The Celebration Swim will be held on Saturday, June 19th at beautiful Lake Juliette in Monroe County. Swim Macon is hosting the 2010 Georgia Open Water Swimming State Championships that morning with distances of 1k, 3k and 5k. There will also be a non-competitive swim that afternoon beginning at 1:00 for swimmers of all ages and levels of athleticism. Many of the participants last year swam in memory or honor of a loved one. We encourage the swimmers to do so again this year. A banner will be hung across the pavilion listing the names of all swimmers and those being honored and memorialized. We hope you’ll join us for Celebration Swim 2010.
